Terms of Use

1. Apple Standard EULA

The App is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA. If there is a conflict between them, the Standard EULA applies to the extent of the conflict.

2. The service

The App provides writing tools: a Plagiarism Checker, an AI Detector, an AI Humanizer and a Tone Detector, along with features such as file and web link import, voice dictation, PDF report export and on-device history. Features may change over time, and some features require an internet connection.

3. Pro subscriptions (auto-renewable)

The App is free to download and includes a free tier of 2 checks per day across all tools. Optional Pro auto-renewable subscriptions are offered:

• Pro Weekly: $3.99 per week, with unlimited checks.
• Pro Monthly: $12.99 per month, with unlimited checks.
• Pro Yearly: $29.99 per year, with unlimited checks.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may vary by country and region. The price in your local currency is shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (on iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Results are estimates, not guarantees

All results produced by the App, including similarity and unique percentages, matching sources, AI-detection estimates, humanized text and tone analysis, are automated estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. In particular:

• The Plagiarism Checker can only compare your text with content it finds on the public web; it cannot check private databases, paywalled content or every page on the internet. A low similarity score does not guarantee that text is original.
• AI detection is probabilistic and can produce false positives and false negatives. Results should not be used as the sole basis for academic, disciplinary, employment or other important decisions.
• The AI Humanizer does not guarantee any particular result from other AI-detection or plagiarism tools, and rewritten text may change meaning. Always review it before use.

You are responsible for reviewing results and for how you use them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• violate any law, or the academic integrity rules or policies of your school, employer or publisher;
• submit content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy of others;
• submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative content;
• misrepresent AI-generated or someone else’s work as your own where that is prohibited;
• interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers, or use automated means to access the service.

We may limit or suspend access to the service if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process that text solely to provide the results you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not keep your text on our server after responding.

7. Third-party content and services

Matching sources are links to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for. Some features rely on third-party services (such as an AI model provider and web search) whose availability we cannot guarantee.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, graphics and software, is owned by Muhammad Noman Tariq and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted under the Standard EULA, no rights are granted to you.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on results produced by the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
